  • Provide administrative support to team members
  • Ensure office organization and productivity
  • Uphold security and compliance protocols

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of onetwo year of experience in an office setting, with evident ability to multitask and handle various duties.

  • High level of client services principles and practices.
  • Outstanding Organizational and Information Management skills. Outstanding Client Management and Project Management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with little supervision.
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, reliability, initiative and detailoriented.
  • Communicate in a clear and concise manner with all clients, coworkers, and vendors.

Educational Background

  • High School Diploma is required.

Languages

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
