- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with financial recordkeeping tasks
- Provide administrative support to team members
- Ensure office organization and productivity
- Uphold security and compliance protocols
Professional Experience
- Minimum of onetwo year of experience in an office setting, with evident ability to multitask and handle various duties.

- High level of client services principles and practices.
- Outstanding Organizational and Information Management skills. Outstanding Client Management and Project Management skills.
- Ability to work independently, with little supervision.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, reliability, initiative and detailoriented.
- Communicate in a clear and concise manner with all clients, coworkers, and vendors.
Educational Background
- High School Diploma is required.
Languages
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
