Facilitating large Agile Scrumteams, coordinating, and collaborating closely with other teams within theScrum Agile Framework to identify dependencies.
Improved the time to marketreducing development cycle down to average
&n bsp;Managed project schedules, madeprioritization trade-offs, proactively define alternatives for leadership.

Also reporting budget, sprint status, schedules, risks, and project issues tostakeholders

Involved in the Program Increment(PI) planning to identify and discuss the PI Objectives, teams capacity,load that the team can take in the upcoming Increment, teams goals,improvements, and dependencies of user stories on other Cross functional teams.
Utilizing Rally to manage team'ssoftware development lifecycle including product backlog items, assigningsprint work items, defect tracking, and conducting sprint review meetings.
Facilitated scrum ceremoniesincluding Sprint planning, Daily Scrums, Retrospectives & Sprint Review(Demo).
Define and analyze Agile metricsthat inform the success of products such as velocity, release burn-downchart, backlog.
Develop dashboards to showDelivery Quality Metrics and Team Sprint Metrics
Create various reports usingGantt charts/visual metrics to project visibility within team as well asleadership to track progress.
Protect development team fromoutside distractions, impediments or team conflicts and maintain focus onproduct backlog project
