Macon is looking for a Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) in the field of heating and ancillary costs at our location in Neuss.

Your mission will include preparing all documents for computer-assisted billing of heating and ancillary costs, checking measurement values for completeness and plausibility, providing customer support to homeowners, property managers, etc., handling and responding to complaints and inquiries from customers regarding measurement values and billing, and reviewing completed bills and invoices.

Your superpowers should include a high school diploma or equivalent, completed commercial training or a technical degree, good computer skills, and technical knowledge.
