Students (m/f/d) for the Dual Study Program "Industrial Engineering - Facility Management" at DHBW Stuttgart

Your responsibilities

  • Completing the "Industrial Engineering - Facility Management" program at DHBW Stuttgart (branch campus Nagold)
  • Independently working on (partial) projects related to numerous ongoing or planned new, renovation, and expansion construction projects
  • Assisting with the technical and economic investment planning for our extensive properties in the Heilbronn-Franken region
  • Supporting the procurement of offers and contracts for repairs and other technical services
  • Assisting with acceptance, documentation, billing, and invoice verification
  • Handling incident reports in our FM software
