    Litigation Attorney - (All Levels) Sacramento, CA


    Seeking seasoned civil litigation attorneys Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of recent civil litigation experience to be considered, but we also welcome mid-to-senior-level attorneys to apply.

    We are keenly interested in attorneys with expertise across a broad spectrum of practice areas, including general civil litigation, business/commercial litigation, general liability, employment law, and insurance defense.

    Conduct legal research, prepare memoranda, and oversee junior attorneys.

    • Draft complaints, motions, and other legal documents.
    • Supervise junior attorneys and paralegal staff in trial and arbitration preparations.
    • Adhere to billing and reporting requirements of the Firm, clients, and insurance carriers.
    Two or more years of civil litigation experience.

    • Strong research and writing skills.
    • Effective oral advocacy skills and familiarity with rules of evidence.
    • General familiarity with courts, E-Filing, Excel, Word, IManage, Outlook, Serengeti Tracker, Time Matters, and PowerPoint.
