    Associate Attorney - Wage & Hour Class Action (Sacramento)

    Impact:

    As our Associate Attorney in our Employment Class Action department, you will have the chance to advocate for our clients and succeed in cases involving worker rights violations against large corporations represented by prominent law firms. Associate Attorneys play a crucial role in handling their caseloads while refining their expertise through guidance from our accomplished attorneys.

    Daily Responsibilities:
    • Create legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and other necessary paperwork.
    • Formulate strategies for addressing wage and hour disputes in various court settings.
    • Participate in a litigation team representing clients in depositions, hearings, and mediations.
    • Enhance research, writing, and advocacy skills under the mentorship of senior attorneys.
    Your Qualifications:
    • Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
    • Strong analytical and research capabilities.
    • Effective in a dynamic work environment.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to apply common sense in complex scenarios.
    • Detail-oriented and adaptable.
    • Willing to commute to or relocate to Sacramento, CA (95834).
