    Description

    We are currently seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join our team. As a member of our legal family, you'll have the chance to work on a diverse range of labor and employment matters, both in counseling and litigation. Our practice spans across different industries, providing a dynamic and challenging environment for growth. This is a perfect opportunity for an attorney within insurance defense, business litigation, complex litigation or commercial litigation who is looking to gain more experience in labor and employment practice area.

    Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on labor and employment issues.
  • Handle litigation matters related to employment disputes.
  • Draft and review employment contracts, severance agreements, and employee handbooks.
  • Conduct internal investigations and represent clients in hearings and arbitrations.

    • Qualifications:

  • 1-7 years of experience in labor and employment law.
  • PAGA experience preferred
  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the bar association of the relevant state.
  • Hands-on experience working directly with clients on employment-related matters.
