Your Impact Starts The Day You Do

We are looking for an NC Programmer to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings Operations team in Muscatine, Iowa. We are looking for the following;

Problem-solving abilities, continuous improvement mindset and effective communication
Team oriented with a desire to contribute to the success of manufacturing operations
Hands-on work with machines; setup, work on design problems, read internal prints
Consistent, flawless execution of New Product Introduction, Product Changes and Special
Create, update and improve machine programs
Implement laser cutting and forming process that connects product engineering and operations to improve PPAP pass rate
Partner with group leaders to understand labor expectations and vision for the area
Root cause and correct machine program issues
Review machine capacities and balance work to reduce operator overtime
Program specials in an accurate and timely manner, understanding correct flow for units
Finalize schedules for next days run (inspection of parts run)

What you have:

High School Diploma
Basic PC software skills
Ability to work 2nd shift on a 4/10 schedule (Monday -Thursday 2:45pm-1:15am)
