To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Consultant/Account Manager (m/f/d) in full-time/permanent employment.

Responsibilities:

You are the contact person for our existing and new clients and advise them on marketing measures.
You coordinate performance recruiting campaigns and select suitable digital channels.
You are familiar with social media strategies, tracking tools, content marketing, and community management.
You are knowledgeable about website optimization (SEO & UX).
You plan and monitor budgets and work schedules for projects.
You organize photo and video productions for our campaigns.
You act as the interface between the creative team and clients.
You work closely with the programmer, creative team (graphic and text), online marketing manager, and external service providers.

Qualifications:

Your marketing knowledge is based on a relevant degree and/or training as a marketing communications specialist.
You are creative, strategic, and uptodate on all channels.
