    The Opportunity

    With the growing power and availability of generative AI tools, the world of creativity is exploding with potential. But with this power comes responsibility. Digital content provenance through Content Credentials is critical to ensure transparency for both creators and consumers. Its also an important part of addressing the spread of disinformation and ultimately restoring trust in content, wherever we find it.

    The Content Authenticity Initiative (CAI) team at Adobe believes that creating a long-term solution around provenance is a shared responsibility among creators, technology companies, civil society and media publishers. We will succeed by joining together to implement an international open technical standard (C2PA), bolstered by a rich open-source ecosystem and simple user experiences. This is the work of the CAI team at Adobe. With over 2,500 members, the CAI serves a community of implementers, creators and industries, ensuring robust Content Credentials experiences are available in products and services.

    We are seeking an exceptional, partner-focused Community Manager for a one-year contract who has:

    • The ability to build and guide developer, industry, and creative communities, both digitally and in-person.
    • Experience creating engaging editorial and social media content.
    • An understanding of the CAI and how to cultivate members into advocates.
    • An understanding of platforms and services for online events and training programs.
    • Experience working with external partners such as community groups, product managers, and other company leads.
    • Experience partnering with product, engineering, and design teams to inform strategy and activities.

    What you'll do

    • Be active and visible within the CAI community, build relationships and trust, and demonstrate your knowledge to help advance the CAI mission.
    • Answer community questions and engage in discussion about CAI led projects in 1:1 conversation and at scale, across owned platforms and forums.
    • Strategize and help design effective content about the CAI to address specific audience needs to best inspire a community of implementers, creators, industry and other key member segments.
    • Cultivate members into becoming advocates.
    • Build engagement programs and craft editorial content.
    • Create and communicate reporting to measure and improve programs.
    • Collaborate with a cross-functional organization that include product, design, and marketing to help make Content Credentials useful for Adobe users.
    • Support and inspire an ecosystem of implementers using CAI open-source tools.

    Required experience

    • BA/BS Degree preferred OR equivalent practical experience.
    • 5+ years of experience as a Community Manager.
    • Experience managing and building editorial content for social media platforms and proven track record interacting with an audience.
    • Familiarity with Adobe products or competing solutions.
    • Experience working with teams within organizations on communications, products, and social campaigns.
    • Knowledge of and empathy for developers and/or creators who embark on their journey.
    • Engaging and dynamic human interaction skills are required.
    • Excellent teammate and self-starter.
    • Show the ability to "be responsible for your business" as independently as possible.
    • Capable of working collaboratively in a team and prioritizing multiple tasks and goals simultaneously.
    • Strong organizational skills, in addition to excellent time management skills.
    • Good communicator across multiple teams and regions; comfortable interacting with senior managers and directors.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several?U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position?is $90,000-$120,000. Pay?within this range varies by work location?and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,?and experience.

    Thisposition will support our team on a full time 40-hour week basis. This is a contingent position (temp) that will be W2 payrolled through our CWP managed service provider, Magnit. Magnit offers health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
