Working hours:
6-8 hour shifts

Your tasks:

  • Registration/checkin/checkout of visitors, guests, and business partners
  • Reception of customers
  • Interface to the assistants in the building
  • Answering incoming calls and emails
  • Coordination of external requests
  • Organizational tasks

Your qualifications:

  • Minimum certification according to 34a GewO
  • Experience at the reception, in the hotel industry, or similar
  • Very good German skills and good English skills
  • Enjoyment and professionalism in dealing with customers and guests
  • Good comprehension
