We are looking for you for our client in Verplanck, NY to handle flight bookings, changes, and refunds

Your profile:


  • You have gained initial experience in a highly customeroriented environment and have completed a commercial education
  • Your passionate service orientation helps you make individual decisions and you can find solutions for our customers independently
  • You have a positive, open, and communicative personality and are a team player
  • You have good knowledge of using the Office package
  • You have a structured way of thinking and quick comprehension skills
  • You have excellent written and spoken German skills
  • Can you express yourself well in English, both orally and in writing?

Your tasks for our client:


  • Answering service inquiries by phone and email
  • Individual processing of flight bookings, providing information about travel routes, and assisting with changes
  • Independent handling of individual customer requests for special requests and additional services
  • Continuous development and optimization of existing solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Participation in shaping and developing your area of responsibility
