The following tasks await you:

Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for our new employees
Preparing offboarding procedures for departures
Preparing and organizing digital documents for our employees
Assisting with applicant management, including scheduling personal or online interviews
Creating creative and professional content for our social media channels in collaboration with the team
Preparing team events and celebrations
Actively participating in the daily operations of the People & Operations team

Qualifications you should bring:

Enrolled student at a university or college in psychology, business administration, economics with a focus on human resources, or a similar field of study
Motivation and enthusiasm to apply your theoretical knowledge from your studies to the daily tasks of our P&O department
Ideally, some previous experience in the field of human resources
Quick comprehension and reliability
Enjoyment of telephone and personal contact
Enthusiasm for social media trends
As a communicative and organized team player with a high willingness to learn, you are the perfect addition to our team.
