Task Independent execution of quality controls for construction projects to identify construction defects Preparation of reports on technical issues and presentation of solutions Accompaniment and execution of acceptance procedures as well as preparation of expert opinions Verification of defect claims and damage cases on site Consulting and support of various parties to establish long-term business relationships
Qualifications Completed degree in civil engineering or a related field Solid, minimum 3-year professional and industry experience in project or construction management in industrial and residential construction Enjoyment of working with different business partners and questioning relationships Negotiation skills in German are mandatory Proven customer and service orientation, combined with strong communication skills and flexible problem-solving abilities Strong cooperation and teamwork skills
