All-Source Intelligence Analyst

As an all-source analyst, you use your specialized technical expertise, briefing skills, curiosity, and your attention to detail to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need.

If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to protect our national security and inform our nation's leaders.


As an all-source intelligence analyst on our team, you'll help your client by providing intelligence support to plans, operations, and exercises and illuminating threat trends and indicators through intelligence production and briefings.

Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source intelligence analysis, IC tools, and databases, you'll research and evaluate and deconflict classified reporting, finished intelligence, and other relevant data to assess the operational environment and meet IC and component organizations' intelligence and information gaps.

You'll leverage your expertise in all-source analysis techniques, methodologies, tools, and databases to inform senior policymakers and DoD officials of military capabilities, political-military issues, military strategies, and intent of the specified client area of responsibility (AOR).

As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time critical analysis, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset in areas like research, analysis, and communication. You'll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring.

You Have:


  • 3+ years of experience with intelligence analysis or specialized intelligence analysis training
  • Experience with ICD 203 and DoD analytical tradecraft analytical writing standards, product development, and brief delivery
  • Experience with strategiclevel allsource analysis and finished intelligence production
  • Experience collaborating across the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), and interagency partners
  • Experience analyzing issues pertaining to the Multidomain Defense and Imagery interpretation and analysis
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to succinctly brief client leadership and colleagues on results of research
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:


  • 8+ years of experience in the intelligence community as an allsource intelligence analyst
  • Experience with key analysis software, such as System Tool Kit (STK), Bodhi, Thresher, Ispy, Mionline, or SOCET
  • Ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, documents, assessments, studies, and briefing materials
