We work in the areas of child, youth, and family support, employment and housing opportunities for people with various limitations, employment promotion, and senior care with inpatient, outpatient, and ambulatory services.

As the Head of the Department of Personnel Development and Recruitment, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing strategic personnel acquisition measures, including the development and implementation of topics related to personnel marketing.

As a staff member of the management team, you will be closely involved in decision-making processes and have room for shaping and development.

You will work closely with the management team, departments, and responsible managers to respond to labor market changes, monitor trends, and advertise on relevant job portals.
