    Description

    Exciting Full-Time Opportunity:

    • Position: Senior Associate, Human Resources Learning and Engagement
    • Company: Top International Investment Banking/Investment Management Firm
    • Location: New York, NY (Hybrid - 2 days/week on-site at Rockefeller Center)
    • Compensation: $125,000 - $135,000 + Bonus

    About the Company:

    The Bank, Limited, a global asset manager, offers diverse financial solutions and manages various products worldwide.

    Department Overview:

    The Americas Division oversees corporate functions, U.S. entities through its Global Banking Unit and Global Markets Unit. The Human Resources Department supports the Bank by attracting, retaining, and motivating high-quality employees.

    Position Overview:

    This role focuses on promoting employee engagement, learning, and development within the Americas Division. Responsibilities include designing and implementing strategies for employee development, career planning, and performance enhancement.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the expert on learning and organizational development.
    • Manage the Bank's Learning Management System and assign training.
    • Complete reconciliation processes for training and provide reports.
    • Evaluate programs to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
    • Develop strategic event plans to enhance employee engagement and wellbeing.
    • Coordinate the Bank's Sustainability initiatives and impact reporting.
    • Support Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives.
    • Assist in bank-wide activities as needed.
    • Perform other assigned responsibilities.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience. MBA preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ADP Workforce Now.
    • Strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design.
