Develop a strategy for growth with new customers within the Department of Defense with radiation hardened microelectronics needs
Execute a plan for the company to grow its existing work in the development of hardened microelectronics
Provide
high level program management for technology sector research and development
Assess schedule and cost baselines, be able to recommend viable solutions to problems, and pursue alternative courses of action.
Plan, research, analyze and assess development, production, and deployment of circuit design tools and associated equipment.
Develop plans and recommend innovative and effective strategies in meeting cost, schedule, and performance
objectives
.
Provide
high level program management of
multi-
million dollar
government contracts
Plan, schedule and
facilitate
a variety of exchanges and meetings with the stakeholders to understand program requirements and emerging commercial technologies which may address capability gaps.
Formulate, recommend, and draft the proper execution strategy and documentation ina timely
and effective manner.
Support all program reviews, develop supporting documentation, and support the Government in development and review of draft Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and RFP documents.
Support and develop reports, including statutory and regulatoryreports ;
support program management reviews, senior level meeting/reviews; support and develop various briefings/schedules of program status and acquisition tasks to senior management

bring to the table...
A bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) field of study
10+ years career related experience to include:
Electronic Design Automation to design microelectronic circuits
Experience managing a project with multiple key stakeholders (government customers and subcontractors)
Experience managing government contracts
Eligibility to secure and
maintain
an active DoD Security Clearance at the SECRET level
An ability to travel up 25% per year
