- Experience in radiation environment analysis, including orbital particle environments, solar events, and space weather.
- Reviewing radiation effects test reports on electronics.
- Leading engineering efforts for weapon systems and interfacing systems.
- Supervising contractor teams and onsite travel as needed.
- BS degree in physics or electrical engineering with 10 years of experience in radiation effects on electronic components.
- Alternative qualifications: MS degree with 5 years or PhD with 3 years experience in electronics and radiation effects
- US citizenship
- Security Clearance: Interim Secret required, ability to obtain a TS/SCI
- ANSI/ ESD S20.20 certification.
- IPC J-STD-001 certification.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.

This role involves participating in interdisciplinary teams to evaluate existing missile defense components and architectures.
