We're a well-established Commercial Roofing contractor serving the United States. We are looking for a VP of Operations (Commercial Roofing) to join our Construction team.
You should have experience in commercial roofing and managing projects, and be able to mentor teams as big as 70-80 headcount to success.

You will also be responsible for setting operational goals and measuring their success.What You Need for this PositionTo be considered for this role, you must have at least 10+ years of managerial experience coaching and mentoring staff of experience and 15+ years in commercial roofing.
