We are currently looking for reinforcements for our team at our Leipzig location for a Team Manager 1st Level Support (all genders).

What can you expect?

  • You will be responsible for the last level customer support for new and existing customers for issues such as reduction & compensation, insolvencies, fraud suspicions, and complaints to the management
  • You will explain connections and further procedures to our customers in a comprehensible and understandable way (verbally and in writing)
  • You will handle complaint cases and escalations that were not resolved at the first level in order to achieve high customer satisfaction
  • You will act as an interface to internal departments to find optimal solutions
