These are your tasks as a caretaker

  • Performing small repair work and touch-ups
  • Carrying out seasonal tasks such as removing leaves or clearing snow
  • Observing the overall condition and identifying and fixing any defects
  • Maintaining all building technical systems
  • Coordinating and checking the work of external companies
  • Commissioning craftsmen when needed

What you bring to the table

  • A completed vocational training
  • First experience in craftsmanship or building technology
  • Teamwork, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good knowledge of German
  • Physical resilience
