    Quinn Evans has a full-time position available for a marketing coordinator. The position will serve marketing, business development, and communications functions for the entire firm. The position can be located in any of our office locations.

    The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is organized, detail-oriented, graphics savvy, and has strong communication skills.

    Responsibilities
    Coordinate and development efforts for all stages of project pursuits, including qualifications and proposal packages, and presentations
    Support proposal production process including proofreading, editing for grammar, spelling, comprehension, consistency, and assembling and delivering final documents
    Maintenance and management of marketing information and systems, including, but not limited to:
    Collateral and templates
    Marketing content (i.e. project descriptions, resumes, and text library)
    CRM database – data gathering and input
    Digital asset library, project descriptions, resumes, and other collateral materials
    Conduct marketing research and lead searching
    Assist as required with multi-platform communications, including marketing campaigns, social media efforts
    Support development and submission of awards entries
    Requirements
    Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English, Graphic Design, or another related technical field
    Minimum of 3 years of marketing or business development experience in the A/E/C industry REQUIRED.
    Ability to deliver detailed assignments with high levels of accuracy
    Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    Ability to work collaboratively as part of inter-office teams
    Strong oral, written, and graphic communication skills
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
    Knowledge of CRM / relational database platforms (experience with Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint is a plus)
