    We are seeking a Graphic Designer and Coordinator to join our Shared Services division. Together, with the momentum of our business vision, we can achieve international success and added innovation in all the themes which Drr influences at a global level.

    Position Summary: The Graphic Designer and Coordinator work on a variety of projects including branding, print materials, digital content, promotional items, and tradeshows. Their expertise lies in visual concept development, layout design, photo/video/animation/illustration efforts, corporate design and branding consistency. This position also supports tradeshows, events, and other marketing related department projects and activities for all divisions within Drr Systems, Inc.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

    Graphic Designer

    • Work with the Adobe suite of software including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
    • Concept and design graphics, videos, and marketing materials with high creativity
    • Enhance and retouch photographic assets
    • Create compelling and effective designs, print, digital media, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, tradeshow backdrops, HR materials, and other collateral
    • Work within a defined but dynamic corporate design and brand system
    • Design and edit templated sell sheets, brochures, reports, digital and printed materials
    • Create and update Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates
    • Lead brand merchandise promotional item order and fulfillment process
    • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
    • Work with marketing to complete high-quality deliverables on time, for simultaneous projects
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to push projects through the review processes
    • Other marketing and communications support
    Photo/Video/Animation/Illustration Coordination
    • Organize and execute photos shootings, video productions, illustrations for Drr Systems, Inc.
    • Identify potential projects for photo and video shootings with team
    • Connect with project manager and customer and request written approval
    • Find, negotiate and brief photographer close to project site
    • Organize travel and execute shootings w/team on site if applicable
    • Select photos and get customer approval
    • Distribute approved photos to sales team and upload to Data Asset Management platform
    Tradeshow/Event Organization
    • Organization and execution of tradeshows and events relative to Drr Systems, Inc.
    • Prepare a checklist for each show/event and execute accordingly
    • Communicate and coordinate with sales/management on their expectations and needs
    • Book show with show organizer accordingly or find agency for in-house events if applicable
    • Work with booth builder/agency if applicable
    • Gather all relevant marketing materials
    • Develop and order banners in cooperation with sales/marketing team if applicable
    • Order respective items relevant with show services
    • Organize outbound and inbound shipping
    • Develop content for social media, website and invitation and send/publish
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in design or marketing preferred
    • Five or more years of position related experience
    • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or other graphic design or graphic editing software preferred
    • Experience in photographic selection, cropping, and minor retouching is essential
    • Ability to mockup concepts for presentation
    • Exposure to / familiarity with Drr products and markets preferred
    • Strong track record both as an individual contributor and as a key member of a team
    • Ability to work in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication skills, approachable, and driven
    • Managing one's own project schedules and job ownership to meet deadlines
    • Work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment, with a "do-it-all" attitude with the ability to take on both large and small tasks
    • Ability to work within and expand upon a dynamic corporate design and brand system
    • Ability to review own work for quality control
    • Ability to receive and implement art direction through layout revisions
    • Ability to work with agencies, graphic designers, printers, and other suppliers
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality as required
    • Very good time management skills with the ability to determine priorities
    • Exceptional organizational skills
    • Able to work well independently and in a team environment
    • Show flexibility as required by projects
    • Adaptable to change in a learning environment
    Physical Demands: While performing duties of job, incumbent is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; and use hands and arms. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision and distance vision.
