Your responsibilities

  • As a servant leader, you will take on the disciplinary leadership of employees within the department
  • You create framework conditions and promote the development of agile mindsets and the culture vision
  • You ensure the achievement of overarching team goals and their resources
  • You conduct annual performance discussions with employees and accompany relevant personnel selection processes
  • You are responsible for ensuring a (at least constant) high level of employee engagement through appropriate measures
  • You communicate strategic personnel developments related to departmental goals in close coordination with department management
  • You provide advice/coaching for personal and/or professional development based on skillbased target profiles within your area of responsibility and enable employees to make independent decisions
  • You consistently implement agile principles (selection) and secure and distribute informal knowledge
  • You establish and maintain suitable formats for "learning from each other" and introduce elements of New Work ("work hacks")
  • You are responsible for strategic personnel planning (quantitative and qualitative) at the interface with decisionmakers
Your profile

  • You have several years of leadership experience and have completed a degree in business administration or a relevant subject area
  • You have digital competence and are capable of virtual leadership
  • You possess intercultural skills
  • You have knowledge of agile management and process methods (Scrum, Kanban, Management 3.0)
  • You have a deep understanding of change management
  • You have the ability to think and act entrepreneurially and have a strong
