    Description

    Victory Programs is a Boston-based nonprofit organization dedicated to helping homeless individuals and families who may have substance use disorders, often accompanied by chronic health issues like HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C, and mental illness. Providing a welcoming environment, our compassionate and inspiring team is committed to helping them regain their health and restore their hope through immediate access to safe and stable housing.

    The Senior Program Analyst reports directly to the Senior Director of Impact and Evaluation and works in close partnership with IT and the program teams. The overarching goal of the department is to leverage data to better understand how to grow Victory Program's impact and reach.

    Essential Functions:

    • Work with the Senior Director to create a program performance reporting calendar for each division; fulfill all reporting requirements
    • Manage ad hoc data requests related to program performance
    • Be a thought partner as we reimagine our data ecosystem and flesh out our theory of change
    • Assist the Senior Director with evaluation planning and data collection for outcomes assessment, e.g. conducting client interviews and focus groups
    • Special projects, as assigned
    • Support scanning and data entry, as needed
    • Support database administration and training efforts, as needed
    • Support analytics for quality assurance and program operations, as needed
    Non-Essential Functions:
    • Participate and support the agency in program events, State House rallies, fundraising and advocacy events, rallies, walks and any additional functions
    • Perform any other duty or task that may be requested from time to time by your supervisor or their designee
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (Public Administration, Public Health, Data Science) Master's degree preferred
    • At least 3-5 years of practical experience
    • Data and tech savvy (e.g. proficiency in Google and Microsoft applications, SQL, Python, R, SPSS, ArcGIS)
    • Working knowledge of program evaluation and performance measurement
    • Experience with both qualitative and quantitative methodology
    • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
    • Intellectual curiosity and creativity
    • Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
    • Comfort with change and ability to thrive in an ever-evolving program environment
    • Ability to work both independently and cooperatively
    • Availability to work 40 hours onsite per week, during regular business hours
    • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
    • Three professional references
    • CPR certification (may be obtained upon hire)
    • Complete TB Screening (may be obtained upon hire)
    Position Type: Full-time, exempt 40 hours Monday-Friday

    Rate: $73,000 Annually
