    Strategic Partner Manager - Chicago, United States - Nursa

    Nursa is a healthcare platform that directly addresses the severe staffing challenges confronting the U.S. healthcare system by connecting qualified registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) seeking flexible work with facilities in need of help. Founded in 2019, we are a rapidly expanding venture backed startup whose mission is to put a nurse at the bedside of every patient in need. With your help, we will be able to enrich the lives of nurses and be a valued partner in delivering effective, compassionate patient care in every market we serve.

    Role overview:

    Strategic Partner Managers lead the relationship with facility partners on an ongoing basis. You will deeply understand the economics of the healthcare staffing industry as well as our individual facility needs, and work to collaborate on creative solutions that drive value for both parties. You will establish success and build a plan to get there, while accommodating the variable needs of our partners. You will help their businesses accelerate to new levels, hold periodic business check-ins, troubleshoot product-related bugs, recommend marketing strategies, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. You will report into the Regional General Manager for your region. This role will require some amount of local travel and on-site operations with facilities across multiple states, ~50% expected.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage facility relationships across your region, while building towards business goals
    • Present quarterly business reviews that highlight wins and opportunity areas for your facility partners, working with our analytics team to identify the most relevant information
    • Minimize churn and redirect our partners to growth opportunities through the use of Nursa products
    • Work with our Product, S&O, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure facilities have the best possible experience when using our platform, and inform facilities when new products or updates are launched
    • Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization, growth, and retention
    Qualifications:
    • Proven success in a client-facing sales / account management role or related experience
    • You empathize with customer needs and adapt to meet their unique goals resulting in an increase in customer satisfaction, retention, and product adoption
    • You are a thoughtful, customer-first thinker who can create data-driven recommendations that drive results
    • You can navigate sales tools with ease (Salesforce, Google Apps, Groove)
    • You have a data-driven mindset and use it to achieve business impact
    • Prior healthcare, tech, or startup experience is a plus, but not required
    • Preference for location in Chicagoland area
    • Must have access to reliable transportation
