(The 7 ships of the Mein Schiff fleet offer modern sea vacations in the premium segment. The traditional brand Hapag-Lloyd Cruises stands for luxury and expedition cruises with 5 ships).

The company already has one of the most modern and environmentally friendly cruise fleets in the world. As part of sustainable growth, three more new ships are planned by 2026.

TUI Cruises GmbH is currently looking for a Head of CRM (m/f/d) for the Mein Schiff brand at its Hamburg location.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Strategic development of the entire CRM area of Mein Schiff as an integral part of the Commercial Team
Leadership and continuous development of our internal CRM team
Development, expansion, automation, and sales-oriented optimization of all CRM processes with the aim of maximizing potential throughout the customer journey
Measurement and optimization of own activities based on targeted metrics and regular reporting of these KPIs
Goal-oriented action and cooperation at the interface between the website, B2B, BI, marketing, and communications teams
Acceleration and expansion of digital technology transformations, data platforms, analysis strategies, and projects
Developing and optimizing an efficient and effective test roadmap as a basis for data-driven optimization of all CRM and sales actions
