We are a non-profit organization located in 90419 Nuremberg, Heimerichstr. 57, dedicated to transfusion medicine research, development, and education.

We are currently seeking a full-time team member to join us in our mission to motivate and engage people in blood donation in Bavaria.

Our commitment and activity ensure the supply of blood products to patients in need.


What to expect:


  • You will enjoy working in an interdisciplinary environment, both within our organization and in international collaborations.
  • Your responsibilities will include general laboratory organization and procurement of materials.
  • Operating analytical equipment such as photometers and laboratory automation will be second nature to you.
  • You will be responsible for molecular and protein biochemical work, as well as the cultivation, propagation, and detection of viruses and bacteria in our Bio-II/S2 laboratory.

What we're looking for:


  • You have completed a vocational training as an MTA, BTA, CTA, Bachelor or Master in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related discipline, or have an equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant work experience is desirable, preferably in the field of science.
  • Your strengths include independent, careful, systematic, and solutionoriented work, as well as analytical and conceptual skills.
  • You have an affinity for technical equipment and enjoy learning about
