- Working in project teams through agreed upon phases of project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, configurations, testing, training and rollout of a client's project lifecycle
- Leading team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the Digital and Emerging Technology consulting market
- Providing broad technical and functional knowledge of various key technologies and business platforms
- Teaming with client technology and business professionals, and third-party strategic alliances
- Developing long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally
- Interacting and communicating effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives
- Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years implementing OTM on-premises and cloud versions
- Led and managed minimum of 3-5 full lifecycle OTM implementations in large and complex environments
- Led and managed 1-2 end to end full lifecycle experience with migrating OTM on-premises version to cloud environments
- Lead and responsible for deployments of the OTM core modules with deep functional / domain expertise and hands on experiences in configurations, training, knowledge transfer, customer communications and documentations
- Experienced in designing solution across modes of Transportation including the Truck Load, Less Than Truck Load, Ocean, Air and, Parcels
- Thorough understanding and hands-on experience with technical configurations such as Business Automation Agents, SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures etc.
- Comprehensive logistics, supply chain process, and functional knowledge
- Good hands-on experience with interface design and mapping
- Lead, manage, and contribute towards: + Functional and technical discovery workshops
- Perform Fit-Gap Analysis (Functional and Technical)
- Analyze and transform to application requirements
- Communications with the client
- Prepare and Review documentations
- Working experience with Onsite & Offshore delivery models
- Knowledge integrating OTM with ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP
- Master Data Management and data integration skills
- Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Management, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics desired; Master's degree in one of these areas preferred
- Industry certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred
- Knowledge on leading emerging Technologies like Blockchain, RPA, AI etc. will be an added plus
