GridIron IT is seeking a Configuration Manager local to the Ft. Meade, MD Area.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Must hold an active Secret security clearance. (US Citizenship required)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement document management systems and processes, including document naming conventions, storage locations, and access controls.
Train and support users on document management systems and processes
Maintain document version control, including tracking changes and updates
Monitor document management systems and processes for effectiveness and efficiency, and make necessary improvements
Ensure that documents are stored in compliance with company policies and industry regulations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience; additional years of directly applicable experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
MUST have strong writing skills and expect to perform extensive writing.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and training skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Consulting firm experience.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies.
ITIL certification.
