    Cresset is seeking an Associate Director, Cash Management Specialist for Ultra High Net Worth/High Net Worth (UHNW/HNW) Clients. This role is to oversee the intricate financial affairs of our affluent clientele, ensuring optimal liquidity management, risk mitigation, and tailored financial solutions. You'll navigate sophisticated financial landscapes, providing strategic guidance to preserve and grow client wealth while maintaining the highest levels of discretion and professionalism.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Cash Management: Develop and implement comprehensive cash management strategies tailored to the unique needs and objectives of UHNW/HNW clients. Analyze cash flows, forecast liquidity requirements, and optimize cash balances to maximize returns while maintaining sufficient liquidity.
    • Banking Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to leverage a wide range of cash management solutions and services. Negotiate favorable terms, fees, and interest rates on behalf of clients to enhance returns and minimize costs.
    • Liquidity Solutions: Evaluate and implement a variety of liquidity solutions, including money market funds, short-term investments, and structured products, to optimize cash balances and mitigate counterparty risk. Monitor market conditions and regulatory changes to adjust liquidity strategies as needed.
    • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks associated with cash management activities, including interest rate risk, credit risk, and liquidity risk. Develop risk management strategies to protect client assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Client Advisory Services: Serve as a trusted advisor to UHNW/HNW clients, providing expert guidance on cash management strategies. Understand client preferences, risk tolerance, and liquidity needs to deliver personalized solutions aligned with their goals.
    • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the performance of cash management strategies and investment portfolios, analyzing key performance indicators and tracking against benchmarks.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CTP) preferred.
    • Extensive experience in cash management, treasury management, or financial advisory roles, with a focus on UHNW/HNW clients.
    • Strong understanding of banking products and services, financial markets, and investment instruments.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with UHNW/HNW clients.
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
    • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and achieving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
