    Default job background
    Description

    About Envita Solutions:

Envita Solutions, formerly known as Heritage Interactive Services, is a leading total waste management partner. The company is dedicated to fostering a healthier planet by transforming complex waste challenges into sustainable solutions. Headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, Envita Solutions operates in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada, has over 300 employees, and a network of over 3,000 supplier partners. A division of The Heritage Group (THG), Envita Solutions is part of a portfolio of more than 30 companies specializing in heavy construction and materials, environmental services, and specialty chemicals. With unique access to research and development and a leading hard tech corporate venture capital portfolio, Envita Solutions is at the forefront of waste and climate challenge innovation.

At Envita, our guiding principles are the foundation of our company. Our vision is to foster a healthier planet by transforming complex waste challenges into sustainable solutions. We exist to protect human health and the environment and build a safer, more sustainable world. We believe in creating enduring value, building long-term relationships and mutual trust, betting on our people, keeping our eyes open for opportunity, tackling the big problems, and doing the right thing-always.

The Opportunity to Drive Long-Term Value

As a THG portfolio company, Envita offers the best of both worlds: a growth business with nice cashflow run with private equity mentality but with a long-term hold, family feel.

THG ownership creates a unique dynamic, (1) Envita is able to draw on resources across the THG portfolio of companies and corporate venture group which support a differentiated value proposition and story for Envita with its customers; (2) THG continuously invests in creating impact in the sustainability space - investing in or creating new businesses that strengthen their position as a leader across the environmental, chemical and road construction/materials segments.

Joining Envita as its new Corporate Legal Counsel is an opportunity to help accelerate a fast-growing dynamic business that has experienced rapid growth in the past three years (and that's also firmly established as a market leader).

The Corporate Legal Counsel will be a strategic key partner in providing essential guidance on the company's legal rights and obligations. The incoming Counsel will be expected to roll-up-their-sleeves and partner with leaders - quickly coming up to speed on our unique challenges and executing an action plan.

Qualified candidates must have in-house counsel experience in a corporate environment.
