- Overseeing construction phase for all current deals working
- Support the construction process by scheduling and following up on all contracted work
- Pulling permits
- Conducting walk-throughs with customers
- Ensure CPM is at 100% utilization
- Responsible for managing the Welcome Home Process for a pre-determined list of customers
- Responsible for scheduling set-up and delivery and other service-related items
- Support customers through communication and timely follow-up
- Actively partner with manager on all exceptions and questions
- Protect company assets
- Participate in sales meetings, marketing promotions, and other company events as needed
