    Description

    The ideal candidate will oversee and maintain the financial operations of our organization, reporting directly to the CFO. Duties include managing accounting records, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements, and adherence to GAAP.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate external audits and annual reporting.
    • Develop financial policies, controls, and reporting systems to optimize asset returns.
    • Guide financial decision-making through policy enforcement.
    • Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets.
    • Conduct audits to verify financial status and support external audits.
    • Prepare budgets, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
    • Provide regular financial updates and forecasts to company leadership.
    • Generate special reports on financial trends and information.
    • Stay informed about legal requirements and ensure compliance through filing financial reports and advising management.

    Requirements:

    • CPA preferred
    • Strong skillset with Excel
    • Able to work 5 days a week onsite

    The company is based in Florida, and are offering $125,000 - $145000 for the right candidate.
