    We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and managing strong client relationships, overseeing the execution of strategic marketing campaigns, and contribute to the continuous growth and success of our organization. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in client management, a deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies, and a proven ability to drive successful project outcomes.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives, and aligning agency services accordingly.
    • Conduct regular check-ins and client meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities.
    • Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while collaborating with cross-functional teams (ie. design, marketing, copy)
    • Develop and deliver project timelines, manage resources, and anticipate potential issues to ensure seamless project delivery.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their marketing goals and work alongside the team to develop strategic plans that align with their objectives.
    • Leverage a deep understanding of client's KPIs to set measurable goals, regularly tracking and analyzing campaign performance against these benchmarks.
    • Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for growth and provide strategic direction, recommending new and creative approaches to achieve marketing objectives
    • Create and manage project budgets, ensuring predetermined financial objectives are met.
    • Clearly communicate project goals, expectations, and updates to both internal teams and clients.
    • Present regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics and the impact of marketing campaigns.
    • Create comprehensive Statements of Work that outline project scopes, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in alignment with client expectations and agency capabilities.
    • Proactively identify and address issues that may arise during project execution and address accordingly
    • Develop solutions to challenges, keeping the client's objectives in focus.

    Qualifications:

    • 4-6 years of proven experience in account management within a performance or creative marketing agency.
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
    • 3+ years experience in managing digital marketing strategies and channels
    • Familiarity with creative processes, digital marketing, and advertising trends.
    • Understanding of various marketing channels and platforms.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships.
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on project accuracy and quality.
    • Higher education industry preferred
