Description
We are looking for you as a service assistant (m/f/d) on a part-time basis for Saturday service at our Audi Center in Kempten.
Main tasks:
- Reception and welcoming of visitors/customers
- Telephone switchboard and appointment scheduling
- Personal contact with visitors and customers
- Close cooperation with service advisors
- Providing information to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assisting with order preparation
- Invoicing
- Cash register
We expect:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship
- Driver's license class B
- Experience is desirable
- Reliability
- Customer orientation
- Proficient in using a PC
- Identification with the brand, products, and our dealership
- Good communication skills
- Teamwork
