What you will be doing:

  • You will be responsible for reviewing open invoices and requesting and verifying delivery receipts.
  • You will ensure the merchandise accounting key figures for the merchants' income statements.
  • You will be in charge of controlling and processing customer charges.
  • You will review route invoices, such as quantity and price checks, and handle the archiving of route documents.
  • You will handle the claiming of credits from the industry as well as REWE and monitor the credits and returns.
  • You will handle correspondence with suppliers and be responsible for monitoring and correcting various delivery methods.
  • You will prepare accruals for inventories and year-end financial statements.

What we are looking for:

  • Your completed vocational training in a commercial profession or a comparable education.
  • Your professional experience in invoice control and/or accounting.
  • Your enthusiasm for trade and your enjoyment of working with people.
  • Your independent, conscientious, flexible, and customer-oriented work style.
