    Description

    Required experience on below Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of PC applications including MS Office.
    • Knowledge of accounting principles.
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Ideal Candidate Profile: Communicates effectively and clearly on a daily, weekly, monthly basis with outside vendors to provide exceptional customer service regarding routine requests. Supports rigorous quality, control and compliance programs to include an ongoing control/compliance self-assessment process.
    • Oral and written communication skills sufficient to provide routine information, greet visitors, answer inquiries, and refer calls Computer skills sufficient to prepare policy manuals and enter data on spreadsheets.
    • Performs data entry, system coding, inventory audits, reconciliations, etc. to ensure alignment with vendor systems.

    Major Duties and Responsibilities: 30% Monitor inspection guidelines are being followed by the various 3rd Party Inspection Vendors. 30% Review 3rd Party Inspection Vendors monthly invoices for accuracy and provide recommendations for payment outside the established agreement. 20% Generate and analyze performance metrics for 3rd Party Inspection Companies. 20% Manage 3rd party Inspection Companies vendor relationships to maximize accurate/timely Inspection
