    Part-Time Receptionist Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
    • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
    • Assist with preparing office events, meetings and conferences
    • Keep the workspace in top shape, managing supplies and equipment to keep the office maintained
    • Dive into data entry, filing and other tasks to keep the operations running seamlessly
    • Jump in on special projects and initiatives for the team

    Part-Time Receptionist Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 1+ years of administrative experience in an office environment
    • Eagerness to learn and grow your administrative skills
    • Tech-savvy skills, especially with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Team player mentality with the ability to shine independently
    • Most importantly, be reliable, punctual and ready to roll with the punches
