Overview:

Duties:


  • Provide direct patient care and support in accordance with nursing standards
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations and procedures such as spinal taps
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility, including lifting and transferring
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Educate patients on health management and provide health coaching
  • Monitor patients undergoing dialysis treatment
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and coding

Requirements:


  • Valid RN license in the state of practice
  • Proven experience in senior care, assisted living, or similar settings
  • Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations and procedures like spinal taps
  • Proficiency in medical documentation and coding
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Willingness to adapt to different healthcare environments
