We are looking for a full-time employee for a voluntary social year or federal voluntary service (m/f/d) starting on August 1st, 2024.

Your responsibilities will include:

You will be a full member of our team and will get to know all areas of a youth hostel.
You will have the opportunity to take on responsibility in your own projects and assist with group programs.
You will help out in all areas of the hostel and contribute to ensuring that our guests have a memorable stay.

We expect the following from you:

You are between 16 and 27 years old.
You are looking for a new challenge after finishing school, in between jobs, or for a career change.
You want to contribute to the common good and experience community.
You are outgoing and communicative.
You are good with people, motivated, and eager to learn.
You enjoy interacting with international guests and lively children and teenagers.
You can communicate well in German.
