Your mission:

You will oversee and manage all aspects of NeoTaste's financial operations and develop a strong financial strategy to drive our growth and profitability as we expand nationally and internationally.
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for ensuring our operational efficiency, including financial reporting and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs). In the long term, you will establish a culture of datadriven decisionmaking and ensure that our reports are insightful and actionable.
In addition, you will lead all financial planning and analysis efforts, including improving our existing processes and implementing a datadriven approach.
As an expert in your field, you will build and lead a wellrounded finance team as we expand on a national and international level.
You will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards and implement best practices in financial management.
You will also be responsible for all financerelated contractual matters.

Your profile:

You have at least 5 years of experience in managing finance operations at a holistic level, preferably in a fastpaced startup environment.
You have experience in building and managing competitive finance teams.
Your strategic and critical thinking skills will help you make informed, datadriven decisions to achieve our company goals.
You have strong analytical skills and can derive actionable insights from financial data.
You have excellent communication skills, both
