We are currently seeking a Medical Assistant (m/f/d) for our family practice in Ely, MN.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for working with people, as well as an interest in a diverse range of tasks.

Our practice is a small family practice in Ely with two care contracts and a friendly team that fosters a positive work environment.

We provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages.

The practice is located in the Weststadt area of Ely and is easily accessible by public transportation.

Your responsibilities

Providing onsite, telephone, and email support to our patients
Warmly welcoming and assisting patients
Managing patient registration and correspondence
Assisting during treatments, taking blood samples, and providing guidance on medication use
Collaborating with us to organize and improve the workflow in our practice
Scheduling appointments
Managing patient records

Your profile

Experience as a Medical Assistant
Excellent communication skills, motivation, and a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong team player with a high level of reliability and attention to detail
Proficiency in modern communication tools such as MS Office
Experience in DMP management
Fluent in German, both written and spoken
Flexibility and ability to handle stress
Enthusiasm for learning and trying new things
