- Manage product listings, including uploading new products, updating descriptions, and optimizing content for search engines.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely replenishment.
- Assist in the development and execution of promotional & social media campaigns and sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to optimize pricing, assortment, and merchandising strategies.
- Address customer service inquiries and order-related issues.
- Assist in managing third-party retailers.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the online store.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements to the e-commerce platform.
- Among other store-related tasks
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or related roles.
- Proficiency in WooCommerce or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Holistic living or natural wellness knowledge
- Experience with other e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other web development languages.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social media management.
