Introduction:
We are a dynamic, fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in innovative smoking accessories. We are looking for an adaptable and skilled Project and Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a versatile individual who can manage multiple aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effective management of resources, including logistics and inventory control.

Manage all aspects of project phases for new product launches, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in collaboration with cross-departmental teams.

Get involved in market research under company strategy guidance, communicate findings to the team, create design briefs for designers, and actively collaborate with the R&D team to enhance and develop new product offerings.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for reorders to the supply chain management team, ensuring optimal stock levels for ongoing operations and new product launches.

Assist in the logistics of marketing by preparing materials and plans, and occasionally sourcing content creators.
Handle various administrative tasks as needed to support business operations and team efficiency.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in an e-commerce environment. ( New graduates and entry-level candidates with relevant internships or coursework are encouraged to apply.)
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to take on new tasks with a general attitude that no task is too small, impossible, or cannot be improved.
