Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Ecommerce and Sales Data Coordinator to take charge of all ecommerce order entry and release processes, as well as data management and reporting tasks.
This role requires proactive coordination between various departments to optimize order fulfillment, maintain accurate records, and provide valuable insights into sales performance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and release all ecommerce orders accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to manage inventory levels and address stock shortages.
- Handle split orders and maintain proper documentation.
- Maintain and update contact information in various platforms, including P21, NetSuite, and Brandmovers.
- Generate monthly web reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with tools.
- Willingness to learn new systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Goaloriented mindset with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving objectives.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent GED certification required.
Pay:
$25.00 per hour
