- Provide individual and family psychotherapy in school-based, community, or clinic settings to children dealing with mental health diagnoses or early signs of mental illness, and who may be going through family disruptions or school-related challenges.
- Travel to client homes for appointments as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with productivity standards by scheduling a specific number of clients for weekly sessions, following up with clients for missed appointments, and providing necessary information to support staff for appointment reminders.
- Participate in monthly treatment team meetings, offer essential information to prescribers, attend doctor appointments as needed, and deliver crisis intervention and emergency services when required.
- Embrace the core values of clinical services such as empowerment, normalization, rehabilitation, and continuity of care.
- Utilize a personal dependable vehicle for Center business.
- Work in a multi-disciplinary team to meet consumer needs.
- Complete all documentation in line with standards.
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and compliance, including medication assistance.
- Offer linkage to community supports suitable for clients.
- Meet expected productivity levels regularly.
- Serve as a community partner within a school environment, providing therapy services, consultation, and external resource connections.
- Education/Knowledge: Master's degree in Human Services or related field with experience in various relevant areas.
- Experience: One year in human services or related field preferred.
- Physical: Requires specific physical capabilities and certifications.
