    **Description**

    **POSITION** Warehouse Lead

    **MANAGER** Warehouse Manager

    **LOCATION** McAllen TX

    **DAY SHIFT** Core hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

    **SUMMARY**

    The Warehouse Lead is responsible to oversee all warehouse processes

    **RESPONSIBILITIES**

    Direct team members on all daily activities.

    Maintain all inbound and out bound trucks

    Conduct all outbound shipping audits

    Conduct spot audits for picking and put away.

    Keep accurate records and reports of inbound and out bound customer returns.

    Promote team work in all situations

    Accurately perform picks and record transactions via paper, RF Scanner.

    Sort, segregate, count, and record receipts via paper, RF Scanner.

    Fill in where needed in the operation

    Ensure all material inbound and outbound is in good condition

    Always Maintain housekeeping.

    Ability to problem solve in fast paced environment.

    Maintain email correspondence.

    Training the warehouse associates

    **QUALIFICATIONS**

    High School diploma/GED and 5+ year in a warehouse environment.

    Accuracy in paperwork and working with numbers.

    Ability to work at a fast pace and with minimal supervision.

    Safety conscious.

    Honest

    Strong organizational skills.

    Ability to complete and prioritize multi-tasks in a timely manner.

    Good communication.

    Strong computer skills.

    Fork Lift certified or the ability to be certified.

    Required to use computer, possess visual acuity essential to examine and prepare documents.

    **PHYSICAL DEMANDS**

    Required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear.

    Operate forklift equipment and perform physical lifting/lowering.

    Be able to perform job duties in a fastpaced warehouse environment.

    Be able to lift 50 lbs.
