We are looking for a sales-oriented and experienced Team Leader in recruiting for the medical technology market (permanent business) who has a passion for building long-term relationships with candidates and clients and wants to lead a great team consisting of two experienced recruiters (360°).

Team Leader Responsibilities

  • In close collaboration with your manager/director, you will select consultants for your team, conduct interviews, and choose suitable employees.
